The small print
Privacy Policy
This explains what Levengi collects when you order, why, and who else sees it. We collect what a courier needs to find you and nothing beyond it.
Last updated 9 October 2026
What we collect
When you place an order: your name, phone number, delivery area, street, building and any note you leave for the courier. Also the language you ordered in, so we answer you in it.
We do not ask for a date of birth, a password or a payment card. There are no accounts on this site.
Card payments
Card details are entered on Stripe's own payment page and never reach our servers. We receive only a confirmation that the payment succeeded and a reference for it. Stripe's handling of your card is covered by Stripe's privacy policy.
What stays in your browser
Your basket, your saved delivery details and the list of your past orders are kept in your own browser, not on our servers. Clearing your browser data removes them. The kitchen keeps its own record of orders placed.
We set no advertising or analytics cookies. The only cookie this site sets is a sign-in cookie for kitchen staff, on the staff pages.
Who else sees it
Our kitchen and the courier bringing your order. Stripe, for the payment. Our hosting provider, which stores the database. Nobody buys this data from us and we do not sell it.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept while they are needed for accounting and for handling any complaint about an order. Ask us to delete yours and we will, unless we are required to keep it.
Asking us about your data
Write to info@levengi.ae or message +971 50 188 4077 on WhatsApp. Tell us the order reference and we will find it.
